Here at Addison Choate we try to be as accommodating as possible with our guests. Please notify us as soon as possible regarding any issues with your reservation and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.  

Reservation Policies

  • All rates include breakfast.
  • All rooms have a private bath and air-conditioning.
  • Free parking for guests (one parking space for each reserved room)
  • Rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.  Check-in before 7 p.m. is requested. When possible, please let us know your arrival time. Check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 11.7% room tax.
  • One-night reservations are billed in full at time of reservation.
  • For reservations of two nights or longer, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Guests can cancel until 14 days before arrival and receive their deposit, less a $30 processing fee. Deposits will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 14 days before arrival.
  • If the guest doesn’t check in on the reservation date or cancel with the 14 day period preceding arrival they will be charged the total price of the stay.
  • Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay.
  • The guest name on the reservation must occupy the room(s) (unless arrangements for a gift are made in advance).
  • Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card are accepted.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, holidays, and for the July & August months.
  • Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted at Addison Choate or the hotel property.
  • Addison Choate welcomes children over the age of 12.
  • Pets are not permitted.
